Results Announced for the Call to Establish European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) in Türkiye, a key component of the Digital Europe Programme.


Following the evaluation, a total of 5 projects from Türkiye have been selected for support:

  • AGRINNOVATIVE EDIH (Coordinator: ITTM Tarım Teknolojileri A.Ş.)
  • AI EDIH TÜRKİYE (Coordinator: Turkish Employers’ Association of Metal Industries – MESS)
  • EDIH Anadolu (Coordinator: Adana Chamber of Industry)
  • EDIHWESTMARMARA (Coordinator: Trakya Development Agency)
  • MIDAS (Coordinator: Istanbul Apparel Exporters' Association)

With a €4.5 million grant from the European Union and a total investment of €9 million, these five hubs will join the network of 151 EDIHs operating across Europe and participate in EU-wide initiatives.

Expected to start operations from 1 January 2025, these hubs will lead the digital transformation of SMEs and public institutions in their regions for 48 months. Services will focus on four main areas: pre-investment testing, investor matchmaking, training, and access to the innovation ecosystem, and will be provided either free of charge or at minimal cost.
